The CoolMed Neonatal (Breast Milk) refrigerator has been specifically designed to store human milk in optimum conditions.
This medium-sized solid door refrigerator has a net capacity of 145L and provides plenty of storage space in a compact cabinet, which will easily fit between cabinets or under a counter-top, taking up about as much room as a dishwasher. It defrosts automatically and is fitted with a 2m plug for ease of installation. The temperature range is from 1-5°C, but is set at 3°C, and is stabilised by our high-quality temperature sensor, which keeps the internal temperature even and stable. The fridge records minimum and maximum temperatures when plugged into the power source but will continue to operate if this fails by running on the batteries installed in the panel on the side of the cabinet. The interior of the cabinet is painted aluminium and there are plastic-coated wire shelves for ease of cleaning. The LED display controller can be easily set to your required temperature. A bright LED strip lamp gives clear illumination to the interior. If the temperature drops below or raises above the set level, an audible alarm will sound. Similarly, the alarm will sound if the door is accidentally left open or not shut properly.
