About Us
Hillside Medical Supplies was founded by Pauline Binch and Kath Wakeling on
1st July 1991. Over the last nineteen years we have grown such that we
currently have a multimillion pound turnover, and more importantly we are
still growing. We place great emphasis on customer service, making sure that
each and every transaction meets our customers needs.
The managing director, Joy Sharpe, places much of the Company's success down
to excellent product knowledge and a flexible approach to problem solving.
Training plays a major role in staff development, with both internal and
external courses being regularly attended. The Hillside team is split into two main
areas - our service team, led by Rob Dennis and our sales team led by Joy Sharpe.
Hillside Medical will happily come out to your surgery wherever you are in
the UK to discuss any major projects you may have. Alternatively you can visit
our fully stocked showrooms here in Newark. Our after sales service includes
set up and installation of any major item of equipment and any relevant
training required by your medical team on the equipment.
We work very closely with most of the UK's major medical equipment
manufacturers, names that you will be very familiar with. Such as Welch Allyn,
Heine, Seca, Huntleigh, Lec, Shoreline, Labcold, Sidhil, Sunflower, Plinth Eschmann,
Daray, Luxo and many more.
All the team are happy to advise you on any piece of equipment. We offer good
unbiased information and help you to pick the right equipment at the right
price to do the job.
