About Us
Hillside Medical Supplies Ltd began life on July 1st 1990.
Over the last 17 years
we have grown to what you see today, a Company that really does put customer service
to the front of its objectives.
The sole owner and Director Joy Sharpe, believes
that product knowledge is very important, and to this end the staff are given an
hours training at least once a week on a Wednesday morning from 8am.
The team is really split into two main areas, sales and service.
The sales team are lead by Sheila White who has been at Hillside now for over seven
years. Sheila is assisted by Dena Bolus and Jane Burton and of course Joy who will
come out to see the customers in their surgeries to discuss major projects, but
also to do the training on any relevant piece of equipment, purchased through ourselves.
We work very closely with most of the major manufacturers of medical equipment,
eg. Welch Allyn ;Seca; Huntleigh;Lec; Eschmann; Heine;Sidhil; Sunflower;Plinth;
to name just a few.
The team are happy to advise on any piece of equipment, offering
good unbiased information, so that you the customer gets the right product at the
right price, with, if appropriate the right training.
The service team, include Rob Dennis(service manager),Shaun Howell(service technician) and Jim White (internet development manager).
We look forward to welcoming both existing and new customers to the Hillside experience.
